Information for Overseas Customers

We welcome orders from overseas customers. With the current exchange rates favouring our overseas customers, this is a great time to buy!

	All of our electrical products are 220-240V and 50-60Hz and so are suitable for use in many countries.
	All of our electrical products conform to CE standards.
	We include plug adaptors for your country free of charge so you can start working as soon as your order arrives.
	If you are Euro VAT registered and you are outside the UK, you can include your Euro VAT number at the shopping basket and VAT will automatically be deducted from both the product prices and the shipping costs - prices both including and excluding VAT are displayed for each product.
	If you are outside the EU then you do not need to pay the VAT - prices both including and excluding VAT are displayed for each product.
	We ship Worldwide with the exception of USA. Please see our Delivery Info page for more information.
	To find out the shipping cost for overseas add the items you require to the Shopping Basket, select your location when requested and shipping costs will be displayed. You can check out shipping costs this way without any obligation to purchase.
	Overseas Shipping times vary depending on size of order and destination.
	Overseas shipping is by the most cost effective method available, giving the fastest traceable service available at reasonable cost. This is not always a location trackable service. If you require a location trackable service, please ask for a separate quotation.
