All information you provide to us will be kept confidential. We retain customers' information only for the purposes of processing orders and we do not share this information with any other company for any other purpose. We do not keep or store customers' credit card details.
Our Use of Cookies - we use Google Analytics to help us analyse how visitors use our website. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and to enable us to improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs by enabling us to monitor which pages you find useful and which you do not. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us.
The Google Analytical tools uses "cookies" which are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log information, visitor IP addresses and visitor behaviour information in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website is transmitted to Google. TableTop Studio will not (and will not allow any third party) to use the statistical analytics tool to track or to collect any personally identifiable information of visitors to our website. We will not associate any data gathered from this website with any personally identifying information from any source as part of our use of the Google Analytics tool. Google will not associate your IP address with another data held by Google. Neither TableTop Studio nor Google will link an IP address with the identity of any computer user.

CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD SECURITY

We use SagePay Secure Payment System for all credit and debit card transactions
When you pay for your order using a credit or debit card your card details - card number, three digit security code and password - are kept secure within the SagePay system and are not revealed to us at TableTop Studio.
Our secure payment system is enabled to accept and check 3D security numbers so if you have already registered your credit card with MasterCard SecureCode or Verified By Visa and you have an online shopping password then you will be able to use this at the secure checkout for your added security. If you have not registered your card yet, this is no problem, you can still use the Shopping Cart and Checkout in the usual way
The SagePay payment system uses a combination of established and innovative techniques to ensure the security of all sensitive data. Their internet facing web servers are certified by Verisign. This ensures that no third parties can impersonate SagePay to obtain secure information
The transfer of the less sensitive transaction details from the our website to SagePay is encrypted and digitally-signed. This ensures that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof.
Any communication between the customer and SagePay is encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the customer's browser. The customer is also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment by their card issuer
All data stored on SagePay systems is held on encrypted and highly secured databases. SagePay are regularly audited by Visa and MasterCard to ensure that their systems conform to the latest security standards
The system does check that the name and address provided by the customer matches the details registered to the card. Please use the name and address of the card holder for orders. You will be able to specify a different delivery address if required
